Reports to: Senior Director of Relocation Services

Location: Dallas, TX

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing field with three months of on-the-job training. This is a Temp to Hire position with potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the data center environment
• Handle IT devices for physical relocation and cabling
• Develop skills in data cabling (copper and fiber)
• Work with Excel (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Operate a laptop computer efficiently
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Travel outside the Dallas Metroplex (~50% travel required)

Qualifications

• No prior data center or cabling experience required
• Experience with data cabling and Excel is a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to work on a laptop computer
• Must be hard-working, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting 50 lbs
