Summary:
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales enablement. This role focuses on developing and managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging customer insights, overseeing vendor relationships, and aligning with global and internal stakeholders. The coordinator ensures the effective execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement and supports company objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Collaboration and Insight Development:
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Customer Success, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to leverage internal and external insights into a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
- Develop effective programs using email, app notifications, sales collateral, and on-site activations to support prospecting and enhance customer engagement.
Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of marketing engagement programs, including email campaigns, digital initiatives for the company website, and sales collateral.
- Launch lead-generation campaigns via licensed tools such as HubSpot to support sales objectives and sales team efforts.
- Track and analyze the responsiveness and effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to refine future initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
- Create and maintain non-technical sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Support sales prospecting efforts through strategic marketing initiatives that align with customer pain points.
- Actively participate in sales and marketing meetings, preparing agendas, presenting updates, and contributing to strategic discussions.
Digital Marketing and Branding:
- Build and personify expertise in digital marketing programs, ensuring best practices are applied to campaigns and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s brand strategy, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Support efforts to enhance brand awareness through coordinated and impactful marketing initiatives.
Content Development and Communication:
- Provide copywriting and editing for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and public relations materials.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing content to meet communication objectives.
- Produce internal and customer-facing newsletters to ensure clear, engaging communication.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies (adWhite), consultants, and suppliers, including negotiation of costs and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Hexatronic Global to align branding strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
Promotional Content (SWAG) and Trade Shows:
- Lead the creation, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of promotional items (SWAG) for events and campaigns.
- Oversee trade show and conference activities, including ROI tracking, post-event evaluations, and lead nurturing strategies.
Collaboration and Organizational Relationships:
- Develop and sustain cooperative working relationships across all functions of the organization to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing strategic marketing updates and insights to internal teams.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, campaign management, and branding.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights tools).
- Familiarity with digital marketing best-practices, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) for campaign management and lead tracking.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to write and edit high-quality content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to balance competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
