 Summary

The Customer Success Support position is responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales with quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and coordinating installation projects to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with multiple departments and maintaining organized customer account documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build relationships in existing and prospective accounts to strengthen the partnership between HDCUS and the customer.
  • Work closely with Sales, as well as Purchasing, Production, Shipping and Accounting to ensure customer’s expectations are being met and/or exceeded.
  • Support Sales with the creation and processing of all customer quotes and orders.
  • Verify that quotes and orders are done accurately and in compliance with corporate standards.
  • Organize electronic file structure on all customer accounts to defined management standards.
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of process maps when needed.
  • Responsible for installation project documentation including complete SOWs given to Production and Shipping.
  • Coordinate projects with installation, as needed, to insure on time delivery.
  • Part of a team responsible for answering general incoming calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably data center industry, large construction project experience and/or technical background.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel and Outlook 365, as well as HubSpot and SAP Business One
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing at all levels of external and internal customer organizations.
  • Ability to determine priorities and multi-task to complete all critical projects.
  • Ability to analyze situations correctly, make decisions and adopt effective course of action.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude while working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.

Working Conditions

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth area to accommodate training, occasional in-person meetings or events. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
