In the data centre industry, more than three quarters of operators report that their workforce is around 10% women or less. Additionally, almost one in four DCs have no women as part of their design, build and operations staff. Currently 29% of our workforce is female, and we have an ambition to increase this representation to 40% by 2030.

This is IDS

IDS are a specialist provider of data centre and colocation installation services from conceptual network and infrastructure design, through to installation of the white space with cabinets, containment, power, cages, cabling and everything in-between.
